Our Mission

Our Mission: The South Suburban Humane Society is dedicated to promoting the well being of animals in those communities we serve through the care and sheltering of animals needing protection, investigative practices that will prevent abuse, the education of the public as to ownership responsibilities and providing adoption services.

How to Help‎ > ‎

South Suburban Humane Society offers a select few unpaid internships each year. We currently offer internships in PR/Marketing, Education, and Criminal Justice.
